End User Licence Agreement — Alchemess: Tidy Up Your Potion Shop!
Techplay Co., Ltd.
Last updated: 23 August 2026
This agreement is between you and Techplay Co., Ltd. ("Techplay"), a company registered in Thailand,
and covers your use of Alchemess: Tidy Up Your Potion Shop! ("the Game").
By installing or playing the Game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install
or play it.
1. Your licence
Techplay grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game
on devices you own or control, for your own private entertainment.
This is a licence, not a sale. Techplay and its licensors keep all rights in the Game that are not
expressly granted to you here.
2. What you may not do
You may not sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the Game or any part of it; remove or alter any
copyright or ownership notice; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law
expressly permits that despite this clause; or use it to break the law or to harass other players.
3. Mods and the Steam Workshop
The Game is moddable. A mod is a folder of your own content that changes what appears on the shop's
labels.
You keep ownership of mods you create. By publishing a mod to the Steam Workshop through the
Game, you grant Techplay and other players a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to
download, display and use it in connection with the Game, for as long as you choose to keep it
published.
You are responsible for what your mod contains. Do not publish content you do not have the rights to,
and do not publish content that is unlawful, hateful, or that impersonates someone. Techplay does not
pre-screen mods and is not responsible for what other people publish, but may decline to support a
mod that breaks these rules.
Content that ships WITH the Game — its names, art, fonts and labels — remains Techplay's and is not
yours to redistribute, whether or not it passed through a mod folder.
4. Recording and streaming
You may record, stream and monetise video of your own play, including on channels that carry
advertising or subscriptions, without asking us. Please credit the Game by name.
5. Updates
Techplay may issue updates that fix faults, adjust balance, or add content. Some updates may change
or remove features. Where a change would remove something significant, we will say so in the update
notes.
6. No warranty
The Game is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Techplay makes no warranty that
it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country, and nothing here
excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Techplay's total liability arising out of the Game is limited
to the amount you paid for it.
8. Ending this licence
This licence ends if you break its terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Game. Your
rights as a purchaser from Steam or the Epic Games Store, including any refund rights, are governed
by that store's policies and are unaffected.
9. Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you
keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country's law.
