Who we are
Alchemess: Tidy Up Your Potion Shop! ("the Game") is developed and published by Techplay Co., Ltd.
("Techplay", "we", "us"), a company registered in Thailand.

The short version
The Game is a single-player and small-group tidying game. We do not run our own servers, we do not
build advertising profiles, and we do not sell data to anyone. The only personal data involved
reaches us through the store you bought the Game from, or through the services that make multiplayer
and achievements work.
What is processed, and why
Your store account identifier. When you launch the Game through Steam or the Epic Games Store,
that store tells the Game who you are so it can record your achievements and sync your saves. We see
an account identifier and a display name. We do not see your password, your email address, or your
payment details at any point.
Achievements and statistics. The Game reports progress counters (potions shelved, names read,
versus matches won, and similar) to Steam and to Epic Online Services so that achievements unlock.
These describe what you did in the Game and nothing else.
Saved games. Your save files are stored on your own computer. If you play through Steam, Steam
Cloud may copy them to your Steam account so they follow you between machines. If you play through
the Epic Games Store, Epic Online Services Player Data Storage does the same. In both cases the store
holds the copy, not us.
Multiplayer sessions. When you host or join a shop with a friend, Epic Online Services brokers
the connection and relays gameplay between you. This involves your network address being visible to
the service and to the players you are connected with, in the same way as any online game.
Crash and performance reports. If the Game crashes, Unreal Engine may send a technical report
describing the fault and your hardware. It is not linked to your identity.
We do not process any special category data, and we do not knowingly collect information from
children under the age at which consent is valid in their country.
Who else is involved
The Game relies on these third parties, each with its own privacy policy governing what it does with
your data:
Valve Corporation (Steam) — store, achievements, Steam Cloud
Epic Games, Inc. (Epic Games Store, Epic Online Services) — store, achievements, cloud saves,
multiplayer
Epic Games, Inc. (Unreal Engine) — crash reporting
We do not transfer your data to anyone else, and we do not sell it.
How long it is kept
We keep no personal data of our own. Data held by Steam or Epic on your behalf is retained under
their policies and is removed when you delete your account with them or ask them to remove it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete
personal data relating to you, and to object to its processing. Because the data described above is
held by Steam and Epic rather than by us, the fastest route is usually to make the request directly
to them. If you would rather ask us, write to [email protected] and we will help you reach the
right place, and act on anything that is genuinely ours to act on.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to your local data protection
authority.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above and publish the new version at this address.
